Draft Technical Report of TC 1-58 Recommended System for Visual Performance Based Mesopic Photometry ballot finished on 17/05/2010.   CIE's New Organisational Structure The CIE General Assembly meeting in Budapest in May last year voted to create a new separate, commercial, taxable entity to be called CIE Scientific Services GmbH (a company with limited liability, owned 100% by the CIE).  This will enable the non-profit CIE as we know it to maintain its tax-exempt status, while any income generating activities, like publications and conferences, will fall under the new entity.
